Johnny Case in Wonderland . . . hopelessly adrift in popular culture

Today hard winter finally gripped Bedford Falls via the season’s first wave of frozen fog.  Frozen fog is aptly named as when you walk around outside you can see icy pieces of fog just floating in the air.  Despite the different nomenclature, the effect is the same as a classic midwestern ice storm.  The roads are terrible and it’s just scary and untenable outside.  That said, there are few things in this world I like more than birch trees during a spell of frozen fog.
